Resolutions reported from the Committee.

1. "That, in the case of the West Ham Corporation Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."

2. That, in the case of the Sheffield, Rotherham, and Bawtry Railway Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."

3. "That, in the case of the Fleet-wood Urban District Council, Petition for leave to deposit a Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to deposit their Petition for a Bill."

4. That, in the case of the Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Petition, the Standing Orders ought not to be dispensed with."
