HC Deb 12 December 1902 vol 116 cc1028-9
MR. TULLY

To ask the Secretary of State for War whether he can now state the result of his inquiries as to the bread contract given to a firm of chemists for the Victoria Barracks, Belfast, and the Hollywood Barracks, county Down.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) From the full inquiries which have been made, it appears that this bread contract in not technically sub-let; but I do not consider the present arrangement satisfactory, and propose to terminate it shortly.
