§ CAPTAIN NORTONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if he can explain why 2s. a day is charged to Sandhurst cadets for extra messing in addition to 3s. day allowed by the public, seeing that the total cost of messing for Naval cadets is 2s. 3d. a day; and whether he can arrange that Sandhurst cadets shall not be left without food from 1 p. m. to 8 p. m.
