PIRIE () Aberdeen, N.I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the Report called for in reference to the charges made in the Cape Parliament on the 28th of August has now been received: and, if so, will it be published; are the cases being investigated; and, if so, by whom; and will he make a statement to the House on the subject.
§ MR. BRODRICKThe Report has not yet been received. I cannot give any promise of publication till I receive it, which I expect will be some time this month.
