§ MR. HARMSWORTHI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the Admiralty has countermanded Admiral Sir E. H. Seymour's order when Commander-in-Chief in China to the effect that the ship holding the Seymour Challenge Cup for good shooting will always take the right of the line at all parades on shore or whenever a brigade is landed.
