HC Deb 07 August 1902 vol 112 c957
MR. KEIRHARDIE (MerthyrTydvil)

To ask the Secretary of State for War whether Mr. D. J. De Wet is still confined as a prisoner, without trial or charge preferred against him, in the Military camp at Matjesfontein; and. if so, what steps are being taken to have him set at liberty.

(Answered by Secretary Brodrick.) I have no information in regard to this particular case, but I have no reason to suppose that he is being detained.
