§ Copy presented, of Rule made by the Secretary for Scotland appointing the new prison lately erected at Inverness a legal place of detention for all descriptions of criminal and civil prisoners, and providing that all Rules and Orders applicable to the present prison of Inverness shall be applicable to the said new prison [by Act]; to lie upon the Table, and to be printed.
