§ MR. WYNDHAMThis man has attended fairs and markets for some time past with the apparent object of boycotting the sale of cattle belonging to the tenant of an evicted farm. His movements on such occasions are now kept under police supervision, and this course will be continued so long as he is believed to be engaged in illegal practices of this nature.
