HEALY (Louth, N.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he would, as soon as the Local Government Bill becomes law, at once issue a Return of the Rules and Orders under the Local Government Act (in continuation of Parliamentary Papers, No. 360, of Session 1899, and Nos. 359 and 360, of Session 1900).
