HC Deb 07 August 1902 vol 112 c951
MR. LUNDON (Limerick, E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether any advance has been made for the sale of the estate of the late Michael Marshall Lloyd Apjohn, in the parish of Grean and county of Limerick, since January last; will he state how matters stand in regard to it, and take measures to ensure an early sale.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) I am informed that the final notice to tenants is now ready for service and that the rental will be settled in November. The sale might have been completed long since but for the fact that several of the tenants withheld payment of their rents.
