§ MR. LUNDONI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state if the Queen's County portion of the estate of the Fitzmaurices, of Carlow, has yet been sold to the tenants; and whether the tenants on the portion of the estate in Coolnadhoun and Cloheready, County Limerick, may be expected to obtain a purchase within the present year under section 40 of the Land Act of of 1896.
§ MR. WYNDHAMA request for a report on the Queen's County portion of the estate was issued on the 29th July. It cannot, at present, be stated when the report will be made. Pending the result of the sale of this portion of the property, no further proceedings will be taken in the matter of the sale of the County Limerick portion.
