REGINALD LUCAS (Portsmouth)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether the Canteen Committee has submitted its Report; and, if not can he say when it is likely to do so; and whether the decision arrived at in regard to that Report will be communicated to the House before any important alterations are made in the existing system.
