HC Deb 06 August 1902 vol 112 c785
SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the law officers of the Crown have yet completed their inquiries as to the possibility of a prosecution in the Irish remounts case.

MR. BRODRICK

It has been decided that a prosecution will be instituted against all persons concerned whom there is evidence sufficient to implicate in the transactions which formed the subject matter of the recent action by the Secretary of State for War against Studdert and others.
