Member refers, I presume, to the "Report of the Horse and Mule Breeding Commission assembled under the orders of the Government of India, 1900–01." The Report has been printed, and copies are obtainable from the India Office, on payment. I do not propose to present it to Parliament, but I shall be glad to place copies in the library of the House for the convenience of hon. Members.
