O'DOWD (Sligo, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware that the cable communicaion between Tory Island and the Donegal mainland has for some months past been interrupted through the cable having been broken: and whether, as these islanders are engaged solely in the fishing industry, and as their season for fishing begins in May, steps will be immediately taken to have the cable repaired and communication restored.
