WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether any action has yet been taken by the British Government relative to the resolution in regard to the presence of foreign trawlers in the Moray Firth, which was unanimously adopted at the Hydrographical Conference held at Christiania in May last; and will he state when a Report of the Proceedings of the Conference will be laid upon the Table of the House.
