HC Deb 24 May 1901 vol 94 c1116
MR. JOYCE () Limerick

On behalf of the hon. Member for Merthyr Tydvil (Mr. D. A. THOMAS) I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether a report of the Rev. D. Richards, Chaplain of H.M.S. "Flora," on the condition of Welshmen in Patagonia has been received in his Department; and, if so, whether he can state the nature of it, and if it will be laid before Parliament.

MR. J. CHAMBERLAIN

The report in question would have been addressed to the Admiralty. I am not aware if it has been received.
