I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the Wicklow Artillery Militia are to be sent to Cork for training; whether he is aware that the Lord Lieutenant has been petitioned to allow the Wicklow Militia to be trained in their own county, and whether the prayer of the petition will be granted.
