I beg to ask be Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will state he amount paid in fines in Ireland under the Weights and Measures Act or the twelve months up to the date of the last Return, and the purposes to which it has been devoted.

For the year ended the 31st March last the total amount of fines imposed in Ireland under this Act was £191 14s. 3d. These fines are paid to the Crown for credit to the Department of Petty Sessions Clerks.
