§ COLONEL LUCAS (Suffolk, Lowestoft)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, seeing the limited time that exists during which it is possible to discuss the public business of the country, he will give facilities for the appointment of a Committee to consider the question of making an alteration in the method of conducting the private business initiated in the House of Commons.
