§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, seeing that the Government is not prepared to introduce a Bill this session to extend the 783 school board franchise to all persons entitled to rote for the Parliamentary representative and at county and parish council elections, will he afford facilities for the consideration of the Bill now before the House entitled the School Board Electorate (Scotland) Bill.
