HC Deb 02 May 1901 vol 93 c459
MR. JOHN CAMPBELL

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he can give the House any information as to the proposed purchase of a Royal residence in Ireland.

MR. FLAVIN (Kerry, N.)

Is the right hon. Gentleman aware of the fact that the Nationalists of Ireland, who constitute 75 per cent of the population, have never asked to have a Royal residence there?

[Neither question was answered.]
