HC Deb 02 May 1901 vol 93 c459
MR. POWER (Waterford, E.)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he can say when he proposes to take the Second Reading of the Bill introduced dealing with the question of steam trawling off the Irish coasts, and whether he will see that the Second Reading and the Committee stages are put down when adequate discussion can be taken on the subject.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

I can give no pledge on this subject.
