§ MR. BRODRICKThe hon. Member will find the principal changes approved in consequence of the recommendations of the Committee of 1898 on page 460 of the Evidence of the War Office Organisation Committee of 1901; and 546 the minor changes on pages xii. to xxiv. of the Report of 1898.
