I beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether, in any public elementary evening school which may be opened after the 31st July, 1901, either by a school board or by any other body, the Exchequer grants will be offered on account of any pupil who may be over fifteen years of age at the commencement of the school year.

If the school is conducted in accordance with the first twenty articles of the Minute, the answer is in the affirmative. If the school is conducted under Article 21 of the Minute, the answer is in the negative.
