§ LIEUT.-COLONEL TUFNELL (Essex, S.E.)I beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether his attention has been directed to the fact that the Minute of the Board of Education just issued omits from the new code the subjects of instruction in home nursing and ambulance work, and will he consider the advisability of restoring these subjects by a fresh minute of the Board.
