§ MR. KEARLEYI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether any appointments of chief and warrant officers to positions in the Naval Ordnance Corps have yet been made in accordance with the undertaking repeatedly given that such appointments as opportunity offered should be secured to them.
§ MR. ARNOLD-FORSTERThe report of the Committee which recently considered the organisation of the Naval Ordnance Store Department made recommendations with respect to the employment of chief and warrant officers. These recommendations, together with others made by the Committee, are now under the consideration of the Admiralty, but no actual decision has yet been arrived at.
