HC Deb 29 April 1901 vol 93 c67
MR. CONOR O'KELLY

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he has received a memorial from Ballycastle, county Mayo, on the subject of railway communication between that town and Ballina; and, if so, can he state what steps he proposes to take in the matter.

MR. WYNDHAM

There are no funds at the disposal of the Government for the construction of the line of railway suggested in the question.
