§ COLONEL NOLAN (Galway, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he will in this session amend the Irish Purchase Acts so that on the sale of grass farms the Land Commission may, as a condition of their advance, insist on a portion of such grazing land being sold to neighbouring small tenants.
§ MR. WYNDHAMI doubt if this proposal would be practicable in the manner suggested, but, in any case, I cannot now foreshadow the lines of future legislation.
