HERBERT LEWIS (Flint Boroughs)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether, in view of the complaints made after the last census, care will be taken that for the purposes of the coming census schedules containing the language column will be distributed throughout Wales and Monmouthshire; and whether schedules printed in the Welsh language will be available for those who cannot understand English.
