(for Mr. LONG)An order has been made to-day, to come into operation on Monday next, which will permit of the movement of animals, under certain conditions, into the greater part of the scheduled district, and also enable animals to be moved between different parts of a farm in the same occupation except in that part of the district in close proximity to the scone of the recent outbreak.
