HC Deb 10 May 1900 vol 82 cc1238-9
MR. C. E. SHAW (Stafford)

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether the pay of officers of the Militia Artillery, when embodied or out for training, is supposed to be the same as that of corresponding rank in the regular Army; and, if not, on what grounds.

Militia Artillery officers when out for training receive Militia pay; when embodied they receive the same pay, including armament pay, as officers of the corresponding rank of the regular Artillery.
