§ Mr. ARTHUR O'CONNORreported from the Chairmen's Panel, That they had appointed Mr. Laurence Hardy to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Law and Courts of Justice and Legal Procedure, in respect to the Merchant Shipping (Liability of Shipowners) Bill.
