reported from the Committee that they had added to the Standing Committee on Law and Courts of Justice and Legal Procedure the following fifteen Members in respect of the Mer- chant Shipping (Liability of Shipowners) Bill:—Mr. William Allan (Gateshead), Mr. Bryce, Sir Charles Cayzer, Sir Donald Carrie, Colonel Denny, Sir Francis Evans, Mr. Field, Sir Fortescue Flannery, Sir William Houldsworth, Sir John Leng, Mr. Charles M'Arthur, Mr. Platt-Higgins, Mr. Provand, Sir Albert Rollit, and Mr. Havelock Wilson.
