§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. A. J. Balfour,) Manchester, E.I wish to read two notices which 332 will appear in to-morrow morning's Paper. The first, is that I have been requested by the Lord Steward to state that members of both Houses will be admitted, on production of their cards, within the railings of Buckingham Palace in order to witness the arrival of the Queen, which is expected to take place soon after 12.30 to-morrow.
