JEFFREYS () Hampshire, N.I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether orders have been received at Aldershot for the battalions of the Eighth Division to draw clothing and equipment immediately on the South African scale and to bring up their establishment to war strength by drafts from the depôts; and whether it is intended that the Eighth Division should proceed forthwith to South Africa.
