HC Deb 13 February 1900 vol 78 c1368
* SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the inquiries of the inspectors into the complaints as to the need for an order for particulars in the pen trade are yet complete; and, if so, whether an order is to be made.

* THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir M. WHITE RIDLEY,) Lancashire, Blackpool

I have received the inspectors' reports on this matter, and the question of issuing an order is still under my consideration.
