FARRELL (Cavan, W.)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether it is contemplated to concentrate any large body of troops in either Mullingar or Longford in the near future; and whether the War Office have had laid before them plans for the erection of a large military station in one or other of these towns; and, if so, will there be any statement made to the House on the subject.
