I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that the Report of the Intelligence Department of the War Office on the Military Forces of the Transvaal previous to the outbreak of war has been published in certain American newspapers, he will, for the information of Members, consent to lay it upon the Table of the House.
