M'KENNA (Monmouthshire, N.)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will introduce a Bill to render operative at the earliest possible date the register of electors which in the ordinary course will be completed in the month of October, and come into operation on the 1st January next.
§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI think the hon. Gentleman is very sanguine if he thinks that on the day of the Committee stage of the Appropriation Bill we could introduce a Registration Bill.
