Member for Suffolk, Lowestoft Division, I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade why the evidence taken by the Select Committee on the Sea Fisheries Bill has not been circulated with the Report, seeing that the evidence was completed nearly a month ago, and was printed and circulated amongst the members of the Committee from day to day.
