§ *MR. WYNDHAMThe question of furnishing officers' mosses and quarters is one factor in the general problem of reducing officers' expenses, which, as I have explained, must be treated as a whole. I Some progress has already been made in dealing with it, and the hon. Member may be assured that the matter will receive attention during the autumn.
