§ MR. WYNDHAMNo complaint has been received as to the accommodation at Chelsea Barracks for the officers referred to. As I pointed out in reply to my hon. and gallant friend on the 10th, July last year, any representation on the subject should be made through the General Officer Commanding Home District; and pending the receipt of such representations action cannot be taken.
