§ SIR JOSEPH LEESE (Lancashire, Accrington)I beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education if he is now prepared to place upon the Table of the House of Commons a Minute of the Board giving a right of appeal to teachers in eases of their alleged, wrongful dismissal by managers of schools, Board and Voluntary, which receive grants under the Day School Code.
