I beg to ask the Lord Advocate if he will state when the Report Training Colleges of Scotland will he in the hands of Members.

The Report on the Training Colleges of Scotland was laid on the Table, and handed to the (Queen's printers on the 24th April. We are informed that it will be delivered to Members in about a week's tune.
