FELLOWES,) Hunts, RamseyMy right honourable friend has asked me to read his answer, as follows: "I am afraid that I cannot add anything to the statements I have previously made on this subject. I do not feel myself justified in withdrawing from the Local 1031 Authorities the powers which they possess to protect themselves against the introduction of disease into their districts, but I would bring under their notice any representations which I might receive as to the restrictions imposed in particular cases."
