§ SIR JOHN LENG (Dundee)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury if he will explain why the Return relating to the American Mail Service, ordered 27th February, has not yet been issued.
§ MR. HANBURYThe preparation of this Return involved some correspondence 438 with the United States Post Office and a considerable amount of clerical labour, so that there has been no undue delay in compiling it. It was presented on the 4th ult., ordered to be printed on the 5th, and will be in the hands of Members one day this week.
