§ MR. SPENCERI beg to ask the President of the Board of Agriculture whether he is now in a position to announce the withdrawal of the Muzzling Order for West Bromwich and vicinity?
THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF AGRICULTUREI regret that I cannot as yet announce the withdrawal of the Muzzling Order now in force in the district to which my honourable Friend refers. I would assure him, however, that the position will be kept steadily in view, and that I shall be glad to give effect to the representations he has made to me as soon as I can do so without endangering the success of our operations.
