HOGANI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is in a position to impart any information as to the character, constitution, and objects of the British Zukon Chartered Company, whose enabling Bill is now passing through the Canadian House of Commons; and, whether it is usual for a Bill creating a Chartered Company to be originated in any other body than the Imperial Parliament?
