§ MR. GERALD BALFOURJudge Orr, until recently County Court Judge of Fermanagh and Monaghan, has been transferred to fill the vacancy in the similar office for County Down, caused by the retirement of Judge Roche, and Mr. Walker Craig, Q.C. succeeds Judge Orr in Fermanagh and Monaghan.
